Overview
Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners is specially formulated to be used with Hammerite paints. Due to the unique formulation of Hammerite products we recommend you use this product to clean brushes and equipment. It can also be used to thin Hammerite paints for spray application and clean surfaces of grease to prepare them for application of Hammerite paints and sprays.

Application
There are multiple uses for Hammerite Brush Cleaners and Thinners we always recommend following the manufacturers instructions for best results.
Hammerite Brush Cleaner:
- Brush out excess paint.
- Pour Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners into a metal container.
- Wash brush thoroughly in solution.
- To keep the brush soft, rinse in diluted detergent.
Hammerite Paint Thinners:
- To thin paint for spraying with conventional spray equipment: Use 2 part of Hammerite Metal Paint to 1 part Hammerite Brush Cleaner & Thinners.
- Set spray gun to between 25/35psi (approximately 2 bar).
- Adjust spray to full fan width, shake spray gun before and during use to ensure an even colour.
